Progressions salon recognizes that everyone is different and everyone has different preferences. If you are someone that prefers that we do not massage your scalp or you prefer that we touch your scalp gently, please communicate with us. Referrals
Enjoy our 20/20 Program. Every time you refer someone to Progressions you and your referral will receive a $20 voucher to use during a future visit.
Cancellations
We appreciate 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment.
Series Savings
We offer hair, nail, and spa services in a prepaid package series at a 15% savings! Available on most services.**
Birthdays
Celebrate your birthday with Progressions! Receive a 10% discount card* for your birthday every year on services and retail purchases. Make sure we have your birthday on file.

Appointments
When requesting multiple appointments through our automated systems, such as requesting a highlight and a haircut, please either request two separate appointments or send one request with a note that you would like two services. You are always welcome to call Guest Services if that is easier for you.
Blow Dry
A blow dry is a separate service if you are having color applied however, it is included as a complimentary service if you are having a haircut. Should you choose to blow your hair dry yourself, we have two guest stations fully equipped with tools and products for your convenience.
Scheduling
For your convenience, we encourage you book your next appointment upon checkout. Once it's done you won't have to worry and we will call, text message or e-mail you to confirm your next appointment.
Appointment Confirmations
For your convenience, we offer you the option to have your appointments confirmed via a phone call, through e-mail or text messaging.
Team Philosophy
We encourage our guests to try alternative stylists, as we work as a team. Whether it's price, convenience or just giving a new perspective, we are confident you will find a consistently high level of professional care from all of our team members.
Payment
We accept all checks and all major credit cards. Product phone orders are accepted with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. We have an ATM available on the premises. Sorry, but credit cards are not accepted for gratuities.
Tipping
We consider tips a gift. Most guests choose to tip and our team members greatly appreciate that. Usually, the guests follow the same tipping guidelines they would in a restaurant. Approximately 15% gratuity on services provided. Perhaps 20% for exceptional service. The support staff usually receives $2-5, depending on the service. Guest Services will be happy to provide you with tip envelopes and take care of the disbursement.
Series Savings
We offer services in a prepaid package series at 15% savings. For example: Haircuts individually priced at $84 would normally be $336 for four. The four-series package price would is $286, a savings of $50. Series packages are available for hair, nail and spa services.
Children
We have a play room where your children can relax with a TV/DVD and children's videos while you enjoy your service. For the safety of all, we cannot allow children in clinic areas, except infants in appropriate carriers.
Faxes, Phone & Internet
A fax to send and receive, a cordless phone, and a computer for internet access are all available for you to use while visiting with us. We want to make your visit a convenient one.
Languages
We have team members that speak English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean if needed.
No Smoking
Because we are concerned for the health and well-being of our world, we are a non-smoking facility.

Sunday - We rest and we hope you will enjoy the day also. Services for weddings and special occasions can be arranged with advanced notice.
